A bed in a spacious studio

You are welcome to enjoy a bed in a spacious room. You'll use the large (shared) bathroom with tub/shower and the shower is cleaned after each use. The bed is comfortable, 2 meters long and 120 cm. wide. It's perfect after a long day at the trade fair or sightseeing. Towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer are here for you. I'll have water there for the first night. This room has books, art materials and office supplies on the shelves. There is a long table and a chair. WLAN (no TV) Dieses Haus ist optimal gelegen: Bäckereien, Cafès, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wunderbare Restaurants, Banken, usw. Es gibt einen schönen Park mit See und die Eisdiele ist sehr gut. Alles nebenan! Es gibt Taxis unten und die Bushaltestelle Richtung Airport/Messe ist direkt vor dem Haus! 10 Minuten Gehweg bis zur Regiobahn. This house is located within close walking distance to banks, bakeries, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is also a nice park about 5 minutes from here. And a good ice cream parlor! You can easily walk to the train and buses/taxis stop right in front of the house. You can get to the Trade Fair Center (Messe) with the bus that stops in front of the house (SB51). You just need to transfer once. This bus also takes you to and from the airport on all days except Sundays. The train into Düsseldorf is about 10 minutes walking distance from the flat. The time to Düsseldorf Hbf is about 20 minutes. The Penny market is about 100 meters from here and opens at 8 am! You may use the kitchen. Just clean up afterwards. :-) Please let me know before your arrival so I can have everything in order. Sie können gern die Küche benutzen, wenn Sie anschließend sauber machen. You may use the kitchen if you clean it up afterwards. You may put your food and drinks into the refrigerator. There is a microwave, stove, oven plus all the utensils you need. Let me know if you’re going to use the kitchen, though. ;-) If the weather is lovely, you might enjoy relaxing on the balcony. I offer towels, soap and shampoo and hairdryer. Please bring your own hygiene articles. If you need something, I can tell you where to buy it. All stores are next door! I do have an ‚emergency box‘ with some supplies. Anbindungen an A57, A52, A44. Regiobahn ist relativ nah. Es gibt Taxis und Busse direkt vorm Haus. Flughafen 20 Min., Messe 15 Min., Düsseldorf ist direkt "nebenan". The apartment is very close to the Autobahn A57, A52 and A44. The Regiobahn (S28) is about a 10 minute walk from here and a bus stop is right in front of the house. From Messe Center, take bus 722 (direction Vennhauser Allee) to the Nordfriedhof, change to bus SB51 to Kaarst. Get off at Maubisstr. and you're right in front of my house! From here, take the S51 bus to Theodor-Heuss-Brücke and walk to the underground tram. Take U78 to the Messe. Or the 722 bus to Messe Center. To and from the airport, take bus SB51 all the way! The Maubisstr. bus stop is in front of this building. I really appreciate neat, clean guests! I offer you a place to retreat and relax after a long day but am there for a chat if you feel so inclined. :-) A load of laundry costs 4€.
