Newly Converted Barn Family Bedroom

I have a family room with 1 double bed, two singles and a pull out if needed, with a private en -suite and a private patio with entrance into room, in a newly converted barn. Large shared family kitchen which can be used for breakfast. Work is still ongoing outside but will not affect guests. It is also a small holding so lots of free range animals, mostly at the back of the barn but some chickens do tend to wander all over. Welcome to Rosedew! A recently renovated and beautifully presented Devon barn conversion. Surrounded by fields and farmland with direct access to country walks, footpaths and bridle ways, situated near the quaint village and former historic Manor of North Molton. This stunning property is nestled in the rolling hills of Devon, a stones throw from the Somerset border and aptly named “The gateway to Exmoor national Park”. This idyllic and peaceful retreat is the perfect location for family holidays, individual excursions or impromptu business ventures. Owned and managed by myself and partner Paul, a family oriented couple. A safe and secure environment with gated access and off road parking. Animal lovers at heart, the small holding boasts an eclectic range of different farm animals and our pet tortoise Arthur. Young children or young at heart are more than welcome to help out at feeding times. There are two adjacent en suite rooms available, finished to the highest standard. Privacy is provided from the main property via a separate corridor with secure access. Continental breakfast included and you are welcome to utilise our luxurious open plan kitchen for making your own snacks until 1800 hrs, after that please respect that this will be for the sole use of the family, this is located on the second floor. The site is still undergoing some minor finishing touches but this is all being done by my partner Paul, so no strangers or big machinery around. We are also very respectful of start and finishing times. There is a large indoor climbing and outdoor activity centre nearby for the adventurous among you and the market town of South Molton hosts a network of small food outlets, a supermarket, banks, hair dressers and other essentials. Exmoor national park is approximately 20 minutes by car, with access to stunning beacon views. Home to Exmoor’s wild ponies and the famous “Tarr Steps”. Further afield lies the Anglo Saxon castle at Dunster and the well publicised dramatic landscape and rugged coastline of the “valley of the rocks” on the northern edge of the national park. With direct links to north Devon coastal areas and the nearest beach being less than a 45 minute drive away. Tourist attractions galore, local cuisine - from beach bars to Michelin stars and everything in between.
