Peaceful Kigali Haven - House 2

Spacious, bright and private house with fast Wi-Fi internet at your disposal. Furnished with queen size beds, wardrobes and an enjoyable terrace. Private bathrooms with hot water and good pressure shower. Located in a safe and quiet home in Kagugu, near the United Nations office and right next to the Police Station. Come for a day or come to stay! Stay and relax at your own place during your time in Kigali! The sunny living room and quiet terrace look out onto a small garden and offer a nice place to relax. The house is sunny, cozy, and warm. You'll have the entire space all to yourself. The kitchen has all the standard equipment including a new oven and gas stoves, a new fridge, cutlery, pans, etc. There's a lot of small shops within walking distance where one can buy food, drinks, airtime, etc. There is a water heater for hot showers, as well as a water tank in case of water cuts. Wi-Fi internet is available for all guests staying on the property (fastest internet in town). If you need to buy a Rwandan SIM card, you can do so at the airport or the MTN center in Nyarutarama. There is also Wi-Fi at cafes/hotels near the house. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is just one door away from the other bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and wall-mounted wardrobes. House 2 is located at the back of a plot containing 2 houses and 1 apartment (see Plan in Photos). A house helper will be there if you need help, from Monday to Friday. Please keep in mind that they are also available to help with the other house/apartment on the property. They will clean the house, bed sheets and towels once a week for longer stays. There is a full-time guard who will keep the entire property safe during your stay. Because the houses and apartment are on the same plot, we ask guests to not make any loud noise after 10 PM out of respect for others staying on the property. Staying here during your visit can be a great way to meet other travelers who are also renting another place on the plot during their stay in Kigali. If you have a car or moto, parking is available. Because I am sometimes abroad, I will most probably share tips, recommendations, and advice by message. They can easily be found on the main road behind the house. - Taxis - Taxis in Kigali are generally quite safe. They can be harder to find than moto taxis and are usually much more expensive. There's always several taxis driving by on the main road next to the house. Possible to do laundry for an extra fee. Important: - No visits prior to booking. - Reservations only through Airbnb and must be booked by the person who's going to stay at the listing. - Guest Profile must have a photo and must be verified with Airbnb before making a reservation. - Please put the exact number of guests in your reservation as the price is per night per guest (i.e price goes up with additional guests).
