Titus CFU apartment is a single space that can accommodate up to four people in four single beds with a comfortable bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a small oven, a large induction and a small electric hob, a kettle and a fridge, as long as cooking utensils. The spacious veranda has a dining area and is ideal for relaxing moments in the Hanging Chair. The apartment is newly constructed, with air conditioning, free WiFi, 32" LED TV with satellite channels, wardrobe and chest of drawers, dining table with four chairs, fire extinguisher and smoke/monoxide detector. Titus CFU apartment is located in the new settlement of Agios Markos, 16km northeast of the city of Corfu. The location of the apartment offers quietness and relaxation with spectacular views of the lush mountain. It is located directly opposite the Health Center, next to the main square of the village. It is 800 meters from the beautiful beach of Ipsos, a popular summer holiday destination on the Island. At the beachfront road of Ipsos, you will find all sorts of shops, as well as taverns to taste the Corfu cuisine. There are many other dining options such as gourmet restaurants, international cuisine restaurants and snack bars. You can enjoy water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet and sea skiing, sea kayaking or you can rent a boat to visit endless secluded beaches. For nature lovers, you can enjoy hiking or horse riding through the olive groves of the area. At nearby Kato Korakiana village you can visit the branch of the National Gallery of Corfu with permanent painting exhibition. Our commitment to cleanliness: The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. We are keeping the proposed by health authorities, safety time slot between arrivals. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning the house. All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. We disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and staff come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitize soft surfaces and upholstery. Housekeepers re-wash all kitchen utensils, between arrivals. Bella is our year-round guest, a 2 years old Jack Russell. She likes company and she sleeps in her suite at night!
