All the bedrooms have new beds, mattresses and linen. The main bedroom features an ensuite and a very comfortable queen-size bed, and is completed by the wall-mounted smart TV. All bedrooms have relaxing decor and great natural light and wardrobes. A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and separate living area leads to outdoor entertaining with pergola, barbecue and large teak table that seats 8 - perfect for Alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. The sunken lounge features an open fireplace, with more full height windows with views out to the trees and the Bay. (There is no TV in the living room) The whole house has gas central heating for winter, and there is air conditioning in the living room and pedestal fans in the bedrooms for summer. There is a off-street parking for 3 cars. Beach towels, bath towels and linen are provided. Also provided are hair dryer and straighteners. Just up the road is the very popular Corner Pantry Cafe - a short stroll to some of the best coffee in Mount Eliza! Guests have the whole house to themselves We are based in Melbourne and always just a phone call away Positioned near the top of the north-facing slopes of Mt Eliza, with great views across the peninsula out to the Bay (did we mention the top-rated Corner Pantry Cafe just up the road?) A short drive to the charming Mt Eliza village with it's cafes, boutiques and friendly shops. And there's a fabulous Farmer's Market on the 4th Sunday every month that brings a vibrant village atmosphere that's definitely worth experiencing. No need to bring your own supplies - the legendary Tully's Corner Produce Store is just a short drive away. Stock up on top quality fresh fruit and veges, with delicious baking, a fantastic deli section and some of Australia's best artisanal produce. When you're ready to explore the Peninsula, check out the famous Red Hills district, with its special micro-climate hosting many top-class wineries and restaurants. Just down the road from Red Hills you'll find the Arthurs Seat - the highest point on the peninsula, with a spectacular Gondola ride to fully experience the views! Or take in a round of golf at one of the Peninsular's 20+ golf courses - including 3 courses rated in the top 10 in Australia. Our local beach, Moondah, offers pristine sand and crystal-clear water. With no road traffic, this out-of-the way gem makes for a tranquil afternoon sunbathing and swimming, with vibrant Beach Boxes adding a splash of colour and personality.
