Situated in the ancient Narrows in the heart of the historic market town of Totnes. Close to shops, bustling markets and excellent restaurants making it an ideal base to explore this exciting and cosmopolitan town. It’s also convenient for walks following the River Dart to Ashprington and to Dartington Hall. The apartment is totally self contained with a kitchen and a large living area making it absolutely perfect for couples or someone looking for a home from home! The apartments is on 2rd floor. The large double bedroom has a chest of drawers and wardrobe with storage in the bedside cupboards also. The lounge is also large with 1 windows providing a light bright environment. All bedding is provided along with towels. The only communal areas are the main entrance to the building and the staircase once inside your front door you are totally private. I live on site on the first floor so can be contacted most times and will be pro active in sorting any problems or just to give advice. Totnes is a real jewel, the town has an alternative feel and is packed with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. We have a bustling market on Fridays and Saturdays. The beautiful river Dart flows through Totnes providing great views and walks. Totnes is in close driving distance of the wilds of Dartmoor and the fantastic beaches of the South Hams like Bigbury-On-Sea and Bantham. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Torquay are all a short drive. And the big shopping centres of Exeter and Plymouth are both under an hour away. Totnes is well served by the mainline railway station, National Express and plenty of local bus services. The A38 expressway that becomes the M5 at Exeter is 15minutes away by A road making Totnes a great base for exploring the local area!
