Our modern flat is located in Beirut suburbs - Metn area , close to everything. Close to public transport, 5 mins away from the highway, 10 mins away from City Mall shopping center. Pharmacy, grocery, and bakery are in the same street. It comfortably fits up to 7 persons and is fully equipped: Fully stocked kitchen, living-dining area, and a relaxing balcony. Our space is a wide & new furnished apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (furnished with 1 queen size bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom) in addition to a modern living room and 2 bathrooms. Living room can fit up to 8 persons. A fully equipped kitchen is also available for your convenience. Free Parking is available for 2 cars The apartment is furnished with brand new home appliances. All our guests are free to access the entire space. I can be present and available for any problem and whenever the host needs me Pharmacy, Grocery and hairdresser are available in the neighbourhood. The neighbours You can crab a taxi or any of the public transportation as soon as you get out from the building. Parking is available for 2 cars, If you have a car or you want to rent one. (parking is just under the building) As soon as you get out from the building, public transport can be found easily, taxis, and Service (which is a community share taxi - Any car with a red license plate is a taxi or Service) A ride in service cost 1.30$ per person equivalent to 2,000 L.L. Or you can call Uber. - Elevator is available on EDL Electricity only. which means you can use the Elevator 2 to 4 hours per day. For the remaining 20-22 hours you have to climb the stairs. - Please note that in Lebanon you have electricity shortage but my apartment is powered by generator from 6am in the morning till 1:00am after midnight (which means there's no electricity from 1am till 6am - until further notice). All will be explained to you during check in. - When the apartment is powered by generator you can use up to 15 AMP only. - There's no view on my balcony. - Please do not throw toilet paper inside the toilet bowl - Please turn ACs and light switches off before leaving the apartment - Please turn off water heater when not being used and before leaving the apartment - Please leave your keys on the living room table before checking out - If there is an issue, please contact me immediately
