The Beehive- Beautiful garden room + breakfast

The perfect place for a night away. The Beehive is a quiet self contained double room with ensuite shower room, parking and separate guest entrance. Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge and nespresso machine. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. The Beehive catches the evening sun in the garden; perfect for relaxing in the hanging chair. Smart TV, fast wifi, recently redecorated throught out. Key box entry. The Beehive is a clean, freshly decorated place to stay, newly carpeted in the bedroom area. The Beehive has its own combi boiler for central heating and instant hot water. There is an extending table and 2 chairs perfect for breakfast or using a laptop. The room has a full length mirror, hooks for hanging clothes and some shelves for clothes/ other belongings. The bed is extremely comfortable with a new Silent Night mattress. The garden has a brand new south facing patio area which guests are welcome to enjoy. We have a fire pit and a comfortable garden seating area. There is also an outdoor table tennis table which guests are welcome to use. Emsworth station is a 15-20 minute walk with the town centre a further 5 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy & a variety of local shops. There is also a local convenience shop 200m along the road from the Beehive. A breakfast of granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bagels, jam & a selection of teas and coffee is prepared & ready in your room for you to enjoy. Guests have a private entrance and access to 2 patios, one at the rear of the garden with sun lounger and hanging chair and one outside the Beehive with a table tennis table. The Beehive is situated in Emsworth, between Chichester and Portsmouth with a multitude of walks, bike rides and good pubs in the nearby South Downs National Park. Walks from our doorstep include into Hollybank Woods and further to Stansted House and tea rooms. Goodwood is 10 miles away and approx. a 20 minute car journey. Guests using the cross channel ferry to France may also find the Beehive is a very convenient stop over. Local train station in emsworth is a 15-20 minute walk and gives access to trains to Havant, Portsmouth & Chichester and further afield.
