Single room in colourful country home

I have a double available too, please see my other listing. Spacious single room for an adult or child. Desk space, books and a peaceful view! Enjoy patting the pony, collecting eggs from the hens, making a den in the forest or swimming in the river. I live here with my friendly pet dogs, so please don’t expect a pristine b&b. It’s peaceful but a farm so there are tractors and donkey noises sometimes! Bathroom is shared with the double bedroom, so if you book as a family it’s just for you. This is a family farm, my mum lives in the old farmhouse opposite and some local friendly farmers keep their sheep on our fields and a friend keeps her horse in the stable next to my house. We are one and a half miles from the nearest bus stop, pub and pizzeria, three miles from the town of Longridge with plenty of shops, places to eat, supermarkets etc. Life in the countryside can be peaceful or lively, depending on what's going on. There's plenty to do here without ever even needing to leave the farm, but if you do want to I can give you lots of local tips. I’ve welcomed a few long distance cyclists so far, plus a motorbike and then plenty of people with cars. You can even come on a horse if you want! We can find space for you to ‘park’ any manner of transport.
