Anna's Mini Flat

A simple, true minimal flat (40 sqm) with some nice special nooks and corners. A car is necessary. There is one free parking place for the flat. There is no public transportation. Walking up takes at least 40 min. There are three flats on different sides of the house. This is a quaint little place on the north-east side of the house. Every room has a window but the views can only be enjoyed on your hikes. The private hallway is handy for just having a seat to chill. All bulky items can be left there. Lots of cupboards to fill too. You can find the small grill and cushions for the outside seating there also. The staircase has a platform higher up where one can sit and roam the mini library. The kitchen has a lot to offer in spite of the small space. Tiny raclette, chokolate fondue and a normal size cheese fondue will invite you to try out Swiss specialities. Again a small oven, microwave and hub along with cooking oil and spices will help you prepare proper meals. Coffee machine with 4 portions and powder coffee and tea plus some sweet and salty snacks will be helpful before going to the Coop in the village. The bedroom has a double bed and a small cupboard. There are hangers and nobs to place clothes on. The mini livingroom has a sofa, working table with a lamp and tourist broshures, dining table with two chairs and again storage space behind the door. A hoover and simple cleaning material can be found there also. The reasonably big flatscreen will provide entertainment when needed. The internet has been working fine up here in the woods. :-) The electric sauna in the cellar is available one evening 21:00-22:30/reservation. Reserve the day before pls. Since I teach and drive during the day, the only way to contact me is through the Airbnb platform. The house, where I live and where the Studio and Mini Flat is located, is on the edge of Eywald Hasleren. The outside swimming pool and the ski lift are open by appropriate weather. Walking up here from the Heubach bus stop takes at least 40 minutes with a considerable uphill hike. A car is best. The gentle pre-Alp views can only be seen on the hikes. There is no balkony.
