Cosy room in a modern house in the south of Lyon

Hello and welcome home ! I would be very happy to open my doors for you. While you are in Lyon for professional reasons, or simply as a touristic goal, I'd love to meet you and I'll do my best to feel like if you were at home ! I'm located in the south of Lyon (15 min. drive, 20 min by Bus). We have enough space to park your car in front of the house (Private space), but there is few free parking outside house too. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask :) I fully renovated by myself this house during quite a year. I would be happy to speak about that with you, and to share about Classic Cars, Kitesurfing or travels. We are fully available to indicate best things to do in Lyon (Restaurants, Activities, Ski Resorts, etc...) We live in a residential neignborhood, which is very calm and quiet. We are close to all commodities in the village (Bakery, Little Supermarket, Post office, Pharmacy, Vegetables producer, Pizza...), and only 3 minutes walk to have access to all of these. We are close to main Road access : A7 Motorway (3 minutes drive), A46 Motorway (10 minutes drive), and really well accessible by car. We have in the centre of the village a Bus Stop (Ligne 39 TCL) only 3min walk, From and To "Gare de Vénissieux" Metro Station (in 20 minutes) All Lyon districts are easily accesible by this Metro Line
