Peaceful village among the mountains. (8 guests)

The Kikelj apartments are located in a mountain village named Stržišče. The apartment is fully equipped. We have another apartment, wich can host 4 guests. The place offers you peace and rest in a small village in the midst of unspoiled nature with numerous walking or mountain paths (mountain Črna prst 1844 m). We are close to all the sights you would want to visit in this area. NEW! JULIANA TRAIL! We are at stage 9 - Stržišče. We can host up to 12 hikers altogether ( in both apartments). We have another apartment wich can host 4 guests. You can combine both of them. We can host 12 guests altogether. We offer our guests a locked garage. Owners live in the other half of the house (it's a semi detached house). Guests in the apartment have their own entrance. We offer you a rest in unspoiled nature, away from urbain noise. Stržišče is situated at the foot of the mountain Črna prst (2,5 hours walk). At the top of the mountain there is a hut, where you can get food and drink (opened from june to september). So, Stržišče is an exellent starting point for hiking in Triglav national park (mountains Črna prst, Rodica, Porezen, Vogel...). Almost everything you would be interested to see in Slovenia is close (up to 60 km away): Bohinj (car train from Podbrdo, it'll take you only 10 minutes through the Bohinj tunnel), Bled (15 munutes by car from Bohinj), Upper Soča valley: Tolmin, Kobarid (waterfall Kozjak), Bovec (rafting on river Soča, watefall Boka, skiing on Kanin, Trenta valley, spring of river Soča...), Ljubljana (capital city), Cerkno (skiing),... There is a railway station Podbrdo (9 km away) and railway station Hudajužna (4 km away). Local fee is not included (2 € per adult person per night , 7-18 years 50%)
