Charming house with great location

Charming newly renovated house located close to Copenhagen (10 minutes by train), close to the beach and close to great shopping streets. Large garden and large The house is from 1926 and renovated few years ago. At the ground floor the house includes a large kitchen with a dining table, two living rooms en suite and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you step out to a large porch, where the evenings can be spent. From the porch you can access the wonderful garden. First floor includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, an office with access to a small balcony facing east, one small bedroom with a bunk bed, one more bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The basement includes a bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. The garden is large and charming. The garden is very child-friendly and have several fruit trees, a small vegetable garden, a large trampoline (sinked into the ground) and a play house. The guest will have access to the entire house and the garden. Two storage rooms in the basement will be closed for access. We will be present and welcome our guests at the beginning of our guest's stay, but we will not be present during the stay. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful. It is located very close to the train station where it takes 12 minutes to reach the center of Copenhagen by train. The house is located 10 minutes walk/5 minutes on bicycle from the forest and 15 minutes walk from the beach. A large indoor public swimming pool is located in walking distance from the house. Every Sunday morning during the summer there is a fantastic flea market held close by. Further, the local shopping streets Jægersborg Allé, Gentoftegade and Strandvejen with cafes, bakeries, grocery shops, cinema etc. are located in bicycle distance. Also, several great play grounds are located in bicycle distance from the house. By request bicycles can be rented together with the house. The house is located in walking distance from a S-train station from where you can reach the city by train in 12 minutes. The guest will also have access to bicycles.
