The Lakehouse

Walking distance to both Lake Esmond and Sovereign Hill. Close to all amenities. 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with separate lounge and dining areas. Please note that this house is COLD in winter. The lounge and dining area have heating, but the rest of the house does not. We provide very warm linens, but dress warm. entire house Very quiet neighbourhood. We have recently fully renovated the kitchen and are just putting on the finishing touches before we update the photos.
