The Boat Loft with a hot tub on the riverside

The Boat Loft is a great place to stay for a romantic break for max 2 adults. It has a studio style layout all on the first floor there is a kitchen, living and dining area and a king sized bed. The bathroom, has a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet There is a hot tub located on the riverside (exclusive use by the 2 adults staying in the Boat Loft only) Private on site parking, charging of hybrid/electric cars is not included Dogs and children are not allowed in this cottage Chainbridge Riverside Retreats has 7 self-catering cottages in the village of Ruswarp, 2 miles from the seaside town of Whitby in North Yorkshire. The site is located between the National Park and the beautiful coastline and the cottage has an outside area overlooking the River Esk which is a beautiful place to relax by the river and enjoy the wildlife. You can even take a boat trip on the river or try out fishing for salmon or sea trout. Ruswarp village centre has a train station, a grocery shop, a fantastic butcher and a quaint country pub just a short walk down the road. There is a cafe that is located onsite where you can sit by the riverside and enjoy your cake and coffee along with a variety of other treats. The cafe is licensed so can also sell a small selection of beer, larger, cider and wine. There is also a miniature railway on site (both the cafe and miniature railway have seasonal opening times) We live on site so are available in the event of any problems There is a on-site cafe and miniature railway (seasonal opening only) Ruswarp has a range of attractions and activities including Mini Monsterz childrens indoor play barn, a cosy pub, an excellent butchers and rowing boats, all within walking distance. A short road journey takes you to Whitby or you can take the lovely 30 minute walk along the riverside into Whitby. This picturesque sea port offers so much and is famous for its abbey, Captain Cook, tall ships and tales of Dracula Individual and interesting shops in the old town and the West Cliff area. Quaint old fashioned tea rooms, famous fish restaurants and cosy pubs. Cosmopolitan quayside bars, museums, art gallery, boat rides and theatre. Edit North Yorkshire is famous for its beautiful stunning scenery, here in Ruswarp you are between the magical moorlands of the National Park and the ravenous beauty of the North Yorkshire Coastline with its famous Cleveland Way so it is a great area for walking.
