Lovely little house in Montemerano

In the historic centre of the ancient village of Montemerano, ten minutes from Terme di Saturnia and Cascate del Mulino, this delightful detached house is a perfect starting point to discover the beauties of the place. Few steps from the house there are: bakery, newspaper dealer, bar, restaurants and wine shops. In the house there is a guest book with informations about places to visit and restaurants in the surroundings. Inglese The house has a bedroom (double bed on a wooden loft) , show cooking, living room with fireplace and sofa bed (perfect for 2 children), bathroom with shower stall and small outdoor courtyard with a little table with chairs where to taste a good coffee or a glass of wine. The Whole house is for my guests! Two minutes walking from the house there is a free parking. to visit the surroundings it's better to have a car , public transport is very low CITY TAX Dear guests, Manciano Municipality requires to all people who spend 1 or more nights in its territory to pay the city tax. Unfortunately in this area Airbnb doesn’t do it automatically at the booking, so every host has to require this tax and then give it to the Municipality. (1€ PER PERSON PER NIGHT FROM 14 YEARS OLD to pay cash when you arrive). In the house you'll find all the informations you need.
