IMPORTANT NOTE: UPSTAIRS is a fully self contained apartment. I live downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a walk in robe and a cupboard. Plenty of space for storage for longer stays. The house is in suburban Manly West which is adjacent to the seaside suburbs of Manly and Wynnum and close to the swimming complex,BMX track and velodrome at Chandler and the various yacht clubs in Moreton Bay. CBD access is by bus. Suitable for 6 people. All bedrooms are a good size and beds are provided with a bedside light. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity unit. Beside the bath is a separate powder room with a second vanity. This room includes a toilet. A large general purpose room is at the front. This includes a kitchenette and dining table. A large 7m x 3m balcony is at the front of the building. Cool breezes in summer make this an ideal spot for evening meals. Guests have exclusive access to the top floor. Access to the top floor is by steps straight from the entry so there is no need to go through the owner's area on the ground floor. II live downstairs by myself. However I will respect my guests privacy and won't intrude on their general day to day activities. However will be happy to help with shopping etc for those without a vehicle Bus stops to the city are at 350m and 850m from the house. The train station is about 3 km from the house. You really need to drive if you want to go to the seaside. It is not a surfing or swimming beach more fishing and sailing. Manly has one of the largest marinas in Australia If I am away on holidays alternate local contact will be organised.
