Villa with garden near the sea.

We rent an apartment in a beautiful Villa with garden. The Villa is in Pomonte, a nice hamlet on the sunny west coast of the Isola d'Elba. The apartment has two large double bedrooms (with the possibility of additional single bed), a living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), bathroom with shower and window, fully equipped kitchen (with TV) with adjacent covered terrace roof. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets and heating for the winter months. The property includes large barbecue area adjacent to the terrace, closed by a gate, accessible by our pet, outdoor shower, washing machine and large drying space, garden equipped with sun loungers and private parking. The villa is located near the square in Pomonte, a country that offers every service within easy walking distance: grocers, butchers, bakery, pastry / ice-cream parlor, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, bank and post office. Along the main road you will reach also a drinking water spring "Fonte Fresca", healthy and free. A few steps from the villa is the beach of small gravels (partly equipped) in front of the "Scoglio dell'Ogliera" famous for the wreck of the 'Elviscot, another small beach gravels (free) and the cliff "of smooth and coti "that give simple mask and snorkel with the possibility of diving suggestive. Only 5 minutes by car / bus Fetovaia, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Elba.
