The Villa is immersed in the green of the countryside, but is only approx. 3 km from Siena (less as the crow flies) which appears just "in front", fascinating at all hours of the day. Ground floor: large entrance, double living room, elegant dining room with exit to the terrace and the rose garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, study / single room; 1st floor: suite with view of Siena and private bathroom, large living room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 spacious bathrooms with tub / shower. Area in front of gravel, shaded by a large lime tree and with a panoramic view of Siena, terrace, Italian rose garden, swimming pool surrounded by hedges (at 20 m). A small private chapel can be used for blessings and weddings. Former lemon house for events.
