Cayton house- includes continental breakfast

Jo and Stu would like to welcome you for a holiday in Torbay.We let one double room through Airbnb, however I do have another double room; I let the two rooms out for groups of people (also for single occupancy if required).Our house is ideally situated a few minutes walk from the beach, ten minute walk from Paignton centre. For the months of June, July, August and September guests must stay a minimum of four nights. The rest of the year guests must stay a min. of two nights.Closed Xmas. Lovely spacious bedroom with ensuite shower room. Large wall mounted tv, very comfy king size bed with cotton rich bedding. Tasty continental, help yourself breakfast. Nearby Preston shops, including Sainsbury, Tesco, chemist and takeaways. Great location for beaches and town centre. As well as the use of the bedroom area, guests are welcome to use the dining room to eat a takeaway ( also breakfast is served in this room). The iron plus board are in the dining room Due to the fact that my elderly mum lives in an adjoining property I will be keeping my distance from you. However if you have a question or problem we have a bell on the hall table you can ring to get my attention. Or text me on (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The road we are on isnt a busy road, but we are situated a few minutes from the seafront, restaurants, cafes etc. There is free parking on our driveway, on the road and adjoining roads. We are located about a ten minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations. The nearby Sainsbury ( 3 minutes walk away ) has several bus stops for the regular buses that cover the bay. If you bring your dog to stay with us there is a small additional fee. Dogs are not allowed on most beaches in Torbay from beginning May to end September. There are however grass spaces and parks nearby.
