Stone villa in the heart of Ardèche + private pool

The villa source Avelan , snuggled up between 2 brooks in the hollow of a valley, shelters a gaseous mineral spring. This luxury villa made of stone has just just been renovated. It can welcome up to 16 people in its 270 m2. Surrounded with its 30 hectare domain it offers you the guarantee of the most absolute peaceful stay where you will have the possibility to party without risk of embarrassment for the neighbors. Renovated and decorated tastefully this magnificent villa of 270m2 can welcome up to 16 people. The villa has 5 parental suites as well as a room for childrens with dedicated bathroom, a vast living room with a fireplace, a magnificent American contemporary kitchen giving into a massive wooden table where all the dinner guests can sit at the table. A big wooden secured terrace of 200m2 is furnished with a garden salon and hammocks. Below this terrace you will find the swimming pool (10 meters by 5) that offers you a fantastic view over the valley. The swimming pool has an immerged beach, is heated and secured for the children. The terrace which surrounds the pool is equipped with sunbathing, a shower and a bar where you can keep your beverages cold. For BBQ, pizza and flammekueche lovers, the third terrace in the shade of its wooden pergola is equipped with a wood stove as well as with a grill. 3 km from the villa you will find the famous village of Antraigues that offers you its commerces (bakery, butcher, grocery shop, pharmacy, doctor, gendarmerie...). The guests have access to all the property. A private car park down the villa is available for the guests. Even though I won't be there to welcome you, Stephanie our house keeper will welcome you to give you the keys and show you the villa.
