The house is at the highest point of the property allowing 360 views of the surrounding mountains & national park. The backyard leads to sloping fields with a dam that is home to turtles, frogs & frequented by local birds and wildlife. Open plan lounge and dining area with space for everyone around the dining table . 75 inch TV Couch seating for 10. Large covered outside lounge & dining with BBQ & Fire pit and also Ping pong, volleyball net, trampoline and walking trails to explore. Guests will have the entire house and surrounding fields. Groups with more than 10 guests have the option of using the cabin which is located about 150m from the house. The cabin has two double beds each with a single bunk above providing sleeping for an additional 6 people. There is power and basic Tea and coffee facilities including bar fridge and water cooler. Just 50m from the cabin we have another two toilets and showers. Or there is plenty of space for guests to camp, or park caravans. guests are free to use all spaces in and around the house including the paddocks we do request that you respect any fences boundaries and do not cross them. guests will enjoy privacy during their stay. Should you require anything or have questions please call us we are happy to assist where we can. There is a bus service that will take you to Glenorie (20km from the property). The buses connect with trains running to Castlehill. The closest supermarket is 20km to Woolworths in Glenorie, this is about 15 to 20 mins drive . They are open from 7.30am to 9pm. There is also a Chemist, Butchers Bakery and Bottle Shop located in Glenorie. We recommend doing your shopping on your way through before you arrive. No need to bring tomato sauce, there’s loads of it in the fridge. The house is on rain water collection, we also provide a water cooler with spring water. There is good phone reception in the area.
