Little house in the heart of quarter Montmartre

Independent house of 46 m2 located opposite the one of the owner. Capacity 3 persons, not recommended for disabled persons (steep staircase with alternate steps) - ground floor : living room +kitchen + small bathroom/toilet -1st floor : bedroom -small courtyard with table and chairs -very calm environment 2 possible options: per night (minimum 2) or per week Dinner with asian cooking is also possible (check with us on the spot) The house is just recently restored in preserving the charm of the “old stone” Some remarks : - the house is built against the hill, as consequence the room on the ground floor is a little bit dark (see photos) meanwhile keeps the cool temperature during hot summer days; -the staircase leading to the bedroom is steep and with alternate steps ; that's why the house is not suitable for disable persons. Our accommodation is provided with: - bath towels - bed sheets, pilows, blankets - the kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas cooker (2 burners), microwave/oven, electrical kettle, toaster, coffee makers, dishes, cooking utensils (frying pan, pots etc…) - the bathroom (small) consists of shower, corner sink and toilet - a washing machine is at your disposition in the utility room The house is independent; the guests have access to the utility room of the owner for a washing machine. We live next door and we are at your disposal for all the questions and advices you may need to make your stay the most enjoyable. We speak French, English, Vietnamese, Russian, Italian and Spanish The house is situated in the picturesque quarter of Montmartre, overlooking the abbey and the church bell tower. The Carreyrou de Montmartre is not accessible by cars because of its narrowness, that's why the place is very calm. - The house is at about 15 minutes by foot from the railway station. - Free public parking is at 30m from the house and in case it is full, you can park your car also free at the side of the road going along the abbey (depending of parking lots available: from 50 to 100m) The house is about 100 metres from the village bell tower that tolls every half hour 24h/24. You may take this into consideration if you are a light sleeper!!! We can prepare for you the delicious Vietnamese dishes, just check with us on the spot. The cleaning of the place is to be done by the guests before their check-out.
