Country Villa with pool & jacuzzi near Rome

A beautiful italian country Villa situated at the edge of the wonderful regional park of Veio, in a quiet area, just 13 km. from Rome, reachable by car via highway (A1). The quietness of its small park, the pool and the architectural beauty of the typical structure of the place, have a beautiful relaxing and romantic atmosphere, ideal for leisure or business. The closeness of Rome make it an ideal place to holiday in Italy. The part of the Villa was built at the end of the 19th century. Originally it was a stable for horses. Now this part is a large excellent living space ( 120 m2) with dining table, sofa's space & open fireplace. Flat screen TV, DVD are presents. The more recent part of the Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room and three large suites thats have been completely redecorated and nicely furnished. The Villa has 1 Master bedroom and 2 suites, each with private bathroom, complete with all the modern comforts. The suites are bright, sunny and quiet with views of the park, on the green fields of the countryside or the outdoor pool. The decor is a mix of modern and antique furnishings. All the suites are equipped with every comfort: - Air conditioning and heating with individual control - Wi-Fi Spacious outdoor patio perfect for chilling and socialising. BBQ available. Various private garden's areas so perfect for families and kids. Our outdoor swimming pool is available during month of May, June, July, August & September. The Villa has some outdoor parking spaces in front of the entrance. Are free of charge. Casale does not offer restaurant within its structure. The restaurant partner " La Dispensa", is just a few minutes drive from the house. Renowned for the quality and sophistication of its cuisine. Apply to all our guests a 10% discount (excluding drinks). You will have the whole house to yourself and can enjoy the space freely. This is why the park and the swimming pool are to complete disposition of our guests. Access to our wireless internet is free. We are always responsive to communication during your stay. Our housekeeper, that lives in an independent apartment, will be to your disposition to resolve any your problem. But we'll be on hand by phone or email if there are any questions or problems. Supermarkets: The closest supermarket is "Carrefour", "Tiberinus" and "Arca" They are in Capena village. They have all the necessary, including wine and fresh bread. Mrs Rita, our italian chef use products "Km 0" (from local productors). Dinner must be arranged directly with us in advance. We can help organise activities and catering. Gardener comes weekly.
