This is a brand new home in the prestigious Harvest Estate. Tastefully presented, you have your own private entry to your bedroom, bathroom and a laundry/kitchenette space. We are within 30 minutes to beautiful beaches, lush Barrington rainforests and exquisite wineries. The Stockland Mall is a 5 minute drive and includes restaurants and cinemas. You have separate access into the house with a park and pond across the road which makes your surroundings very enjoyable. The estate has lovely wide walking and bike tracks if you're up for that early morning exercise. We're close to many local attractions and the vibrant city life of Maitland during different festivals. A great place to stay if attending concerts in the vineyards, visiting the historic town of Morpeth (only 10 minutes away) as well as many other places with local restaurants and trendy coffee shops. Newcastle beaches are among the best in NSW and only a short drive, as are our beautiful rainforests and vineyards. Two little dogs but apart from barking, very friendly.
