Iron and ironing board supplied. The bathroom has a combined bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas cook top, range hood, oven, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, cutlery, utensils and cooking supplies. External to the unit we offer a large under cover area with lounges, outdoor setting and bbq backing onto lawns and gardens. The unit is modern and cosy in a central location allowing easy access to all the Northern Rivers has to offer. There is off street parking with external separate access to the unit. Access via an external driveway at side of main house which is fairly steep. Side of house private access We reside in the main house and are available if required. Otherwise guests are left to their privacy. We are in a quiet modern residential area with views across reserve and farmland to Lennox Head. The nearest shopping area is a five minute drive to Ballina. We have nearby access to a designated cycle and walking track directly to Ballina. Ballina Airport is an 8 minute drive. Public transport is limited and we recommend own transport. The nearby walking and cycle trail leads directly into Ballina Township where all amenities are readily available. Ballina has a huge variety of beaches, walks and rides.
