Beautiful modern apartment located almost in the centre of Ljubljana. Only a 10-minute walk from Križanke and 2min from the nearest bus station. We offer you a nicely decorated apartment with everything you need in Ljubljana. The apartment has an air conditioning, so you will keep cool in the hot summer days. We are in the centre of Ljubljana but you can enjoy the garden outside, away from public eyes. The bedroom has an iconic and special designed and it is located above the living room. The apartment has a modern and iconic designed. It is well furnished with everything you need. The living room has a big comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests, big plasma tv and is full of small details, a wonderful kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, a refrigerator…. Everything you need to prepare a nice meal for yourself. The bedroom is not separated by a wall, but it is above the living room, incredible design in a modern and new fission. Also, the bed is perfect for good night sleep. There is also a beautiful private bathroom in the apartment. Don’t forget to use the wonderful garden outside If you come with your own car you need to reserve a private free parking (possible to reserve parking only if available) the parking is next to the apartments. Public parking also available We are available to our guests 24 hours per day. Upon arrival, we will greet you and show you around. The reception will be available according to working hours but in case of any problems or wishes you will be able to contact us on the provided contact information 24 hours per day. We will not disturb you in any way during your stay, but if you need anything, we will be happy to help The neighborhood is peaceful, but we are located near the main road, so everything is really close by, but you can expect some minor noise during your stay. The neighborhood is otherwise very safe and everything is just a short walk from the apartment The grocery shop is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment as well as the nearest coffee shop and bus station. Fantastic restaurants are a short walk from the apartments as well. The apartment is located almost in the city center so you can get almost anywhere just by walking around. Don't worry you can take a bus in almost any direction as the nearest bus station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. If you come in your own car the main road is next to the apartments but you need to reserve the parking spot to get a private one for free Guests must pay the tourist tax of 3.13 EUR per adult and 1.56 EUR per child (above 6 years) per night.
