This spacious, single-level and pet-friendly house has four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor pool and is ideal for families, or a film crew due to its close proximity to the M1 and the film studios at Movie World. When you’re not discovering all that the Gold Coast has to offer, spend warm days lounging by the sun-drenched pool, relaxing in the outdoor spa, or entertaining in the poolside, undercover al fresco area fit with a BBQ and a dining setting for six. Step inside to find a spacious living room furnished with black leather couches, timber furniture and a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, that sits alongside a large kitchen with stone benchtops, breakfast bar seating for six, and stainless steel appliances including a double-door fridge, double sink, oversized gas cooktop, oven, microwave and the addition of a Nespresso machine and milk frother. Whip up a homemade meal and dine at the indoor timber table for eight. Come evening, unwind in a master bedroom that has a plush king bed, leather lounger, and wall-mounted TV framed by large windows offering pool views; and enjoy the luxury of an ensuite bathroom with a large double shower, toilet and double vanity with his and hers sinks. A second bedroom also comes furnished with a king bed and has a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan; while a third bedroom sleeps two in separate single beds with carpeted flooring and a ceiling fan. A fourth room comes with a plush queen bed, a ceiling fan and built-in mirrored wardrobes; while the main bathroom has a shower, separate bath, vanity and the toilet is in the adjacent room. Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, parking for two cars, ducted air conditioning (and heating) in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a dedicated work space, a high chair, board games and children’s books and toys. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Unfortunately the garage is locked off and is unable to be used by guests. Brimming with nature trails and forest walks, Tamborine Mountain is where you can escape the bustle. Try the TreeTop Challenge which offers a huge forest zip line as well as treetop canopy tours. While you’re in the area, pop in to Tamborine Mountain Distillery, Mason Wines, Fortitude Brewing Co., Cedar Creek Escape. Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. There is also free street parking. Airport: 35 mins by car to GC airport (46 kilometres) and 45-60 mins to Brisbane airport (66 kilometres). Public Transport: 5-minutes to the nearest bus stop; Helensvale train station is 10 mins away. Please read and respect the house rules, including a strict no party policy.
