Unit is equipped with fire & smoke alarms for your safety. Please use the balcony or roof deck should you need to smoke. • Do not hang anything on balcony to avoid fine by the admin. • Turn off the aircondition unit & other electrical appliances before leaving the apartment or when not in use. • Only registered guests whose names are on the list are only allowed to enter the unit. • Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and decorations found inside our unit. • Dispose your garbage properly. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely. • Do not Flush tissues/ napkins into the toilet bowl. • Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P1000. • Please don’t forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable to any loss. • Guests shall be responsible for personal injuries,accidents or damage/loss to guests personal belongings sustained in the unit or within the building premises. Suitable for couple, small group /family. Quite Hours: 10 pm We will welcome you personally or our Care Taker upon checking in to hand over the keys and to provide you with an orientation of the facility. Check In Time : 12:30PM - 2:30PM Check Out Time: strictly at 11AM. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest. P1,000 shall be charged for lost keys All the details and instructions will be sent thru an email from Airbnb. Check in time is at 12:30 - 2:30 pm but can request for flexibility of check in after 2:30 pm onwards just as long as there's no conflict with guests staying. Our friendly care taker will be there to guide and assist you. Tagaytay Prime Residences is near from Rotunda, Olivarez College, Mc Donalds and Fora Filnvest Mall, Sky Ranch, Serin Ayala, Peoples Park and Picnic Grove. * Do not leave any valuables. We are not liable for any loss. There is no need for security deposit. It is just a provision we included for any damages incurred in our unit by the guest. We encourage our guests to please maintain cleanliness inside the unit and to treat the space as their own. We want to welcome everyone with utmost hospitality and respect so we hope to receive it back from you, our beloved guests. Guests are requested to please dispose trash properly to the trash bin/bag, no throwing of tissue paper in the toilet bowl, Turn Off Electricity when leaving the unit, and No Loud Noise and misconduct when inside the property. A penalty of 1000 will be charged to those who will be filed a complaint by neighboring unit.
