The Old Workshop, Edington House in Coldingham

A delightful conversion of the old workshop next to our house (Edington House) set in the historic coastal village of Coldingham, including private garden area with deck and bistro table. The village has all essential amenities, including two pubs serving food (see drone photo), and the attractive unspoilt Coldingham beach is under a mile away. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area and the harbour village of St Abbs is close by, and the fishing town of Eyemouth just three miles away. we will provide tea, coffee, condiments, selection of fruit, and bread, milk , bottled water on arrival. Guests have their own gate from the road leading to private garden area, decking and access to accommodation. There is space to park on the verge opposite the entrance to the airbnb accommodation one of us will normally be round most days to address any issues and answer questions re the area and we will provide mobile contact if required. Coldingham is an historic village featuring the ruins of Coldingham Priory. The nearby harbour village of St Abbs apart from being attractive in itself, also featured in the latest Avengers film! The historic walled town of Berwick-Upon-Tweed is 20 mins drive away. There is a walks booklet available for the area and local ordnance survey maps are provided*. There are buses to and from Berwick-upon-Tweed via Eyemouth although not frequent. (*Temporarily withdrawn during Covid) Sorry, NO PETS
