Self-contained apartment at end of large farmhouse - with its own separate access and parking, kitchen / living room, double bedroom, bathroom and utility with washer and dryer. Superfast broadband, Sky TV including Sky Sports, Netflix and Prime. Outside table, chairs and barbecue. There are extensive portfolios in the house detailing our favourite pubs and restaurants, walks and days out. Very light, airy apartment for X2 with well equipped kitchen area and generous living space. Gas-fired stove in addition to central heating makes the living area super-cosy in winter. Very unusual indeed for rural Devon is the availability of fibre broadband! For the rainy days the full Sky TV package is a real bonus! The kitchen area is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge / ice box, dishwasher, mixer, toaster etc. and everything to enable you to cook with ease. The utility room has an automatic washing machine and separate tumble drier. There is a large TV. A Bluetooth speaker lets you play your own music. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The apartment is totally self-contained with separate access and parking right outside the door. The owners Bruce and Christine live in the rest of the farmhouse and manager Charlotte only a few minutes away. One or other will usually be there to meet you in person on arrival. If this is not possible for any reason you will be able to obtain the keys to let yourself in from a key safe and we will meet you later. We are only a phone call away to sort out anything for you. If you don’t fancy going out to the pub yet would like something convenient - but rather than a supermarket ready-meal would like something made by Charlotte she can prepare something for you - please just ask! Very centrally situated in Mid-Devon. Rural and peaceful. 5 minutes drive from North Devon Link road, A361 giving excellent links to M5, North Devon coast etc. 10 minutes from Tiverton with supermarkets etc. 20 minutes drive from Tiverton Parkway station and 40 minutes from Exeter Airport. A car is really necessary to enjoy the property's central location. Bed linen and towels are provided. Rice, flour, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, barbecue charcoal provided to get you started. One dog accepted at £20 per stay. Please remember that the farmhouse is surrounded by farmland with sheep and cattle so dogs cannot be allowed to roam free. Mobile phone signal is not universal for all networks.
