Easy walking to beaches, coastal path, Trebah and Glendurgan gardens and Helford Passage. This is a spacious airy downstairs room with a super King bed in a warm friendly home with use of garden, conservatory and breakfast room. We offer either a full English or a continental breakfast This room can be used in conjunction with the small twin/single room next door to share the private wet room. This is ideal for families. There is free wifi and television in the bedroom and also tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and hot Water bottle if needed. There are books and magazines to read and somewhere to relax. We can provide washing and drying facilities if necessary for a small charge. Guests are given a key to come and go as they like throughout their stay. We are always on hand to answer any questions and give them any help they need regarding the surrounding area. We live in a very friendly village. There is a lot going on if you want to join in. The pub, Italian restaurant and a very busy tea room are 400 yds away and there is a bowling and tennis club too. We have 4 churches of different denominations and there is a network of footpaths taking you to the beaches, coastal path, Trebah and Glendurgan gardens as well as the Helford river. There is a ferry which takes you across to Helford village and the Lizard and we are only 4 miles from Falmouth where there is connecting ferry to the Roseland peninsula. There is a bus in the village which takes you to Falmouth, Truro or Helston and there is a train station at Penmere which is only a couple of miles away, which takes you into Truro or Falmouth.
