The villa has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite and all feature hydro massage) so it comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. The villa has air conditioning (warm/cold) and central heating in all bedrooms and the living room and the interior is spacious, bright and modern. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with centre island (5 hotplates), a large open plan living and dining area (42” Plasma SAT TV, DVD, Stereo, Wi-Fi with dining furniture for 10) and large glass doors leading out to the covered terrace with steps down to the pool and garden. There are another 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an impressive entrance hall and staircase to the first floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom, 2 more double bedrooms (1 with en suite bathroom), a laundry area with washing machine plus ample storage space for suitcases etc. and a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas also has a separated children’s section and is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn and Mediterranean plants. There is also unlimited parking available, a natural well providing drinking water, a barbecue and a play area for children making this an ideal choice for families.
