Elegant apartment: swimming pool, garden ,veranda

POOL OPEN FROM 15/5 TILL 15/10. Air-conditioned three-room apartment in a quiet complex surrounded by plants and flowers with 2 swimming pools (one of which is small for children). 4 beds in 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a single bed in one of them. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed 1 place, bathroom with shower and washing machine, outdoor veranda with table and chairs on the pool side and in the private garden, equipped relaxation area with other table,deckchairs and rockin. Equipment: TVsat, Wifi, oven, iron. Private parking space. Market at 100 meters. In the garden there is a beautiful built-in barbecue, with sink and granite counter tops: it is available to guests of this apartment, who can use it in sharing with those in the adjacent apartment. The swimming pool is generally open from the 1st of June till the 15th of September. Guests can use it from 8am to 9 pm. The only limited time is from 2pm till 4 pm when it is requested to avoid noises for afternoon relax. We live in the same residence and we are happy to give help, advice and informations in case you need it. You can reach some of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Sardinia in a few minutes: Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Capo Codacavallo. In no more than 10 minutes you can reach other beaches: Porto Taverna, Isuledda, Cala Suaraccia, Le Farfalle and many others. In 100 meters by walk you have a minimarket which also sells newspapers, a beautiful caffetteria with veranda where – if you want – you can have a good breakfast or sip a glass of wine. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of San Teodoro, with services (banks, post office, shops) and a lot of pubs, restaurants and clubs. During summer there is also a traditional market: over 100 stands, street artists exhibitions and events. Olbia’s harbour and airport are 20-25 minutes away by car. You can also catch the bus that stops 300 meters far from the house, coming from the airport or Olbia city center. During summer there is a shuttle bus service (“Beach Bus”) for all the beaches. Kitchen and table linen are included. A first change of sheets and bath towels is also included. Further changes can be requested at a cost of 8 euros per person.
