One car space provide free per apartment additional car will be charge. We always give space to our guest but if they need assistance,We got a caretaker to assist them and I'm always available if contacted and answer emails as soon as possible. Our apartment is close to public transportation, fresh air, close to 7 Eleven store, close to popular seaside seafood restaurants. Going to SM City, Megaworld and gimmick area ( Smallville ), convention centre it takes 15 - 20 mins by taxi or public transportation. If any concerns guest could inform me or the caretaker.
