Unshared cozy house, near Hongdae (1~4 people)

My house is good for family or friends(1~4people). It is convenient for transportation. Digital Media City Station is located 6 minutes on foot for 3 lines including Airport Railroad. Connections to all main attractions to down town. It's near (Hongik,Yoensae, Ewha, Seogang) Universities. & Worldup Stadium. Hongdae Street(Hongik Univ.) where Young people like is next station from Digital Media City station It is unshared &private Apartment ( 3rooms/ 3beds ) Residential area : Rooms are very calm and safe. Designed by Korean traditional style. If you like to take a walk. There is Bulgwangcheon(walking path beside stream) Through this road you can go to Han river and World cup stadium. there is a small mountain called Bongsan for hiking. sities( Yeonsae, Ewha , Seogang, Hongik) are not far away. Severance Hospital is near 3.7km away from my house. You can go to World Cup stadium around 20min on foot. Digital Media City Subway station is 6minutes on foot. Bus station(Bukgajwa Samgeori) which is 3min on foot. 24hours' covenient store and PC Cafe are near by my house. Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas Cooker, Kitchen Utensils, Toaster, Electric kettle, Iron/ironing board, Rice cooker, Washing machine, extra bed sheets and pillows. We have a special small garden at the top of house. If you ask me to go up for tea and small talk ,we can open the door for Guests. The host family lives on the upper floor of the same building, So We can solve any problems immediately . You can go to Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport at Digital Media City Station directly. Bulgwangcheon is connected along the Han River, World Cup stadiums and Sky Park Sunset Park, you can go there on foot. Bongsan is also available to hike. Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, and the Ewha Womans University, Hongdae Street take around 20 minutes by public transportation(BUS). Bus Stop is only 3minutes away by walk connected with 14 bus lines. DMC subway is transport station for 3Lines( Subway Line No. 6, Gyeongui-Jungang Line and Airport Railway ) . It takes 6 minute walk from my house to the station. My house is located in residential area, Do not make a noise for residents nearby . Smoking & Drinking are not allowed in the house. Only designated guests that you reserved stay there. Do not invite other people without any notice in advance, please.
