Ideally located and surrounded by peaceful landscapes, the Séquoia house is on the Domaine du Grand Tourtre, a quiet holiday hamlet offering great services, high-end facilities, 2 tennis courts and loads of on-site activities. The perfect place for unforgettable holidays! The Séquoia is a very comfortable high-end 4 bedroom countryside house that can accommodate 8 people. It has: > 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilets > 1 bathroom with a bath tub. > a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need. > electric heating system and reversible air conditioning. > a wood burner (+€20 extra charge for wood for a weekend) >a washing machine & a tumble dryer, and an iron & ironing board. Outside, you have access to: > a private swimming pool surrounded by a nice wooden terrace > a BBQ > a large private garden (2000sm) On-site, you have access to: > security gate with keycode > 2 tennis courts > a large play area > a football field and a volleyball field > tennis tables > pétanque area > bicycles Services available (on demand): > Breakfast service > tour guide offers > airport transfers Linen is included (tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats). Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 23€ttc/person per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking. A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave, we ask our tenants to leave the house as they found it when they arrived (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of dirt apparent, bins removed, etc.). We also propose to our tenants who do not want to think about the cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 25€/hour. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 100€. ## Access ## Interaction Your property manager, Charles, is available 7/7 and will always make sure that you have everything you need.
