Set amongst pomegranates, lemons, and oranges in the breathtakingly beautiful bay of Kotor you will find Rada & Simo. This three bedroom house is right on the seafront and has a private beach. You can make your breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat it by the sea! Our beautiful house is located in the centre of Ljuta, a peaceful fishing village just a ten minute drive (6 kilometres) from all the hustle and bustle of the historical town of Kotor. The advantage of a private beach 15 metres from the house means that you can enjoy your meals whilst taking in the surrounding scenery and going for a swim. The beach is for the sole use of our guests with sun loungers, and a stone table and bench at your disposal. On the ground floor there is a fully functioning kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances you may need, designed in a rustic style. There is a dining area on the porch/ balcony with an amazing view of the sea and surrounding mountains, which is perfect for having meals. There is also an indoor dining area within the open plan kitchen. The newly decorated living room adjacent to the kitchen contains trendy handmade furniture incorporating traditional Montenegrin style with a modern twist. The living room is designed so that you can also spend relaxing evenings indoors. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom on the ground floor with a modern glass shower and Moroccan style tiles. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms both symmetrical with private entrances to a large joint balcony. This balcony also has a miraculous view of the mountains and sea (there is nothing better to wake up to!). On this floor there is also a third bedroom with two twin beds, ideal for children. Like on the ground floor, the first floor also has a newly refurbished bathroom in the same style with a new glass shower. There is private parking in the driveway in front of the house and strong wifi connection throughout the property, including the garden. Guests will have access to a private beach, private parking, garden, and two huge 35 m 2 terraces with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Ljuta is a peaceful heaven just outside of the historical town of Kotor. The house is in the most sought out location in the village, as it comes with the private beach and is seconds away from the local shop, making food shopping very easy. It also has the best position in terms of the view and amount of sunlight received in the day. It is also a five minute walk to the famous luxurious seafood, wine, and cheese shop COGI. At the end of Ljuta there is an extravagant restaurant called Stari Mlini which serves fresh fish, usually caught on the same day. If you are on a budget, there are many other excellent restaurants to choose from on the beaches in the neighbouring village of 'Dobrota' which is also walking distance (also accessible by car). For those who have a car, Kotor is a ten minute drive and parking is available there. For those who do not have a car there is a bus which goes from right behind the house every 20. minutes and costs 70 cents. We can organise excursions around Kotor if you wish to learn about the town's interesting history. The famous fortress of Kotor is also open to tourists for climbing and walking. The old city boasts of many restaurants, amongst which we warmly recommend Przun ,for its atmosphere, live music and excellent food! If you are interested in sailing, water-sports or renting jet-ski's we can organise this for you. In the opposite direction of Kotor, also in the bay there is the maritime town of Perast a with long history and ancient buildings that you can find out all about. Boat excursions are also available. For those into hiking or mountaineering, we recommend you visit the highest Montenegrin peak, Durmitor, just a 2,5 hours drive away.
