Quiet and very safe subdivision, suitable including to women for daily or even nightly walk or jogging. - You'll definitely get to/from the Chicago O'Hare Airport by Lyft/Uber ride to our house faster than from downtown the city of Chicago. - If you can't walk to get around, you may borrow a bicycle with a safety lock and casque from us for free; otherwise Lyft & Uber are just a click away from your phone! - Walking distance (1 mile) from International Village Schaumburg - 2 miles from the Convention Center at Renaissance Hotel in Schaumburg, IL; several of our guests had chosen to walk to the Convention Center and back daily without any problem! - 2 miles to Medical Prep USMLE Success Academy. - 5 min Harper College in Palatine; - Easy 1 mile access to all highways. - 7 minutes to Woodfield Mall, by far the #1 shopping mall in the state. - 15 minutes ride to Chicago O'Hare International Airport, #1 airport in the U.S. - 25 minutes to Barrington Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. - 20 minutes to Rivers #Casino Des Plaines. - 15 minutes to Willow Creek Community Church. - Easy 7 min drive access to the Northwest Palatine train station to Chicago with a cheap covered parking garage for your car for the whole business day. *** Not so fast, please read all this! *** - All Chicagoland local guests must absolutely contact the host before booking to get a written approval if they are booking for less than three consecutive nights. Smile! There are cameras at the house entrance, family room, kitchen, living room, areas marked "private" and driveway. There are no cameras that intrude on the guest’s private space. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It is no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund. - Please make sure that the number of persons we will allow to enter our Prime Suite is correct in your booking. - We’ll need a photo image of the front and back of a government ID of each adult to run a background check for our own company before we can provide access to this property. It’s our policy neither to cancel nor to reimburse any booking particularly if we don’t directly receive all the required documents for approval. We do strictly control and enforce our no party rules and we call the city police for immediate removal of everyone without any remboursement. - Please, do not eat/drink in bed to avoid spillage from occurring which would significantly increase cleaning costs. - Please respect the tranquility of our neighbors and avoid knocking at their door. Make sure you see our white double garage door. Our house number is visible everywhere including on the garage door. - Be aware that we're in the suburbs of Chicago there is no public transportation directly accessible from the house. The easiest and cheapest solution in the winter is Lyft or Uber. - Please park your car on the driveway in front and on either side of the garage door to avoid being blocked by other cars and for your easy in/out movement. There are parking spaces for two cars up the driveway and in front of the garage door. - Please take off your shoes once in the house. - There are four stairs to climb before you arrive at the front door. - There is no pet in the house. - Several lamps come on/off automatically and some may stay on all night for your safety. - Please note that the house water comes from our private well typical in this wonderful unincorporated subdivision. The iron in that water used to be a bit smelly, stained some of our appliances or bathroom to make them look like dirty when you aren't aware. They are not dirty. We keep things clean. The drinking water is filtered. We've now successfully resolved the well water challenge without any use of chemicals or salt. We have the best water and there is nothing to be worried about.
