Waterfront Studio - Geothermal heated pool

Studio 28 is centrally located in a quiet cul de sac with views of the Waimapu Estuary. It is only a 7-minute drive to Tauranga City centre and 15 minutes to the beach. This new studio is a stand-alone self-contained guest house on our property. Swim all year round in the geothermal heated pool and spa. We live on the property in the main house with a guest apartment attached. Queen bed with linen provided Kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster & electric jug. Large tiled bathroom with double shower Air conditioning/Heat pump Free unlimited WIFI Smart TV - Netflix, Disney, Prime Video, On demand, casting/screen share. Kayaks available to use in the estuary - 2 single sit-on kayaks and 1 double sea kayak Ironing board & Iron Drying rack Hairdryer & travel hair straighteners Games & puzzles Petanque court with boules Portcot, highchair and baby bath. The pool is open 24/7. Please keep quiet after dark The kayaks can be used in the estuary at high tide. The gardens are yours to enjoy and please feel free to use any of the outdoor furniture around the property. Help yourself to the strawberries, lemons, mint and other edibles. We are available to answer any questions via the Airbnb chat, text, email, phone call or good old fashion face to face. Other than that, we give you your privacy and we may not see you at all. There is a lovely waterfront walkway that runs right past the property with plenty of trees and wildlife to enjoy. A laundromat is conveniently located only a few minutes walk away Traffic can be heavy on weekdays around 8.30 am, 3 pm & 5 pm
