Our guest will surely enjoy lounging on the sofa in the living area which you can also turn into a sofa bed while binge watching your favorite shows on Netflix for FREE! PS4 is available for rent upon request for 500/night. Wifi name & password will be sent to you once checked in. Cooking is allowed! Our kitchen is complete with cooking materials so you can enjoy cooking in our unit without any hassle, just make sure to turn on the range hood and clean as you go. Our guests can also enjoy the complimentary bottled waters and coffee free of charge. The bathroom has hot&cold shower, videt, hand & foot towel. We also provide our guests with ammenity kits which has toothbrush, toohpaste, shampoo and bath soap. Bath towels, hand towels and tissue are also provided. I'm not always available to meet you but if you will need any assistance you can reach me on my number or I can have my assistant assist you for any of your concerns The unit is located on the 12th floor in Chelsea 1 building. East Bay Residence has high security measures with 24/7 surveillance to ensure the safety of residents and guests. The community is breathtaking and surrounded with trees and beautiful landscape. Walking on the park and pool area is still prohibited to guests due to Covid-19 restrictions. But guests can definitely checkout our retail row located beside the main gate of the residence. We have Starbucks, Lawsons, Marketplace supermarket, Pan de Manila, RoyceTea, BDO and Prim & Pretty Parking slot is located outside the building, but just within the residence. Parking slot number is 055 which is exclusive only for our guests. Pool area & Tree park - The pool area & Tree park is temporarily not accessible for guests due to Covid-19 restrictions. Disinfection - We disinfect the unit every after our guests checkouts, we conduct fogging and UVC light lamp disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Requirements prior check-in -We do not require any medical certificate You will only need to provide us with 1 copy of government issued ID per guest which needs to be sent 2 days prior check-in date. Are kids allowed? - Yes. Kids are allowed. A photocopy of birthcertificate is required to be sent to us 2 days prior check-in date. Is early check-in allowed? - Early check-in is subject to availability and a charge of 150/hr Bringing of pets - For guests who will be bringing pets, only 1 pet is allowed small breed only with cage required. Kindly submit the vaccination card of your pet What to do upon arrival? - Upon arriving at the lobby you will need to undergo temperature check and fill out a health declaration form before my assistant assists you to the unit. Other charges - A security deposit of 2,000 php shall be settled upon check-in and is also refundable upon checkout as long as the guests observe the house rules.
