Renovated, charming and large flat

Die separate Wohnung ist groß (100qm) und schön hell. Holzbalken und Schrägen geben sofort ein gutes Gefühl. Ein neues Bad, eine große Küche mit Platz zum Frühstücken und ein gemütliches Wohn- sowie 2 Doppelschlafzimmer runden die Wohnung ab. Blick auf den großen Garten gegeben. Auch für Familien sehr geeignet. Die abgeschlossene Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Die Dachbalken und die großzügige Aufteilung lassen schnell Entspannung aufkommen. Es ist auch vieles neu renoviert - schön nach einem langen Arbeitstag oder Sightseeing in Nürnberg. Es gibt zwei Doppelbetten (2mx2m & 1,60m x 2m). Für eine fünfte Person haben wir eine Zusatzmatratze. The independent apartment is situated in the first floor of a two family home. The hosts live in the ground floor. The spacious roof flat (100 sqm) will quickly let you relax. A lot has been recently renovated. You will be delighted after a long working day or sightseeing in Nuremberg. There are two double beds (2x2m & 1,60x2m). For a fifth person we can offer an extra mattress. Es gibt einen separaten Gästezugang. Parken ist normalerweise problemlos vor dem Haus möglich. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit innerhalb des Grundstücks. You will have a separate access to the flat. In general there is no problem to park the car outside. Bicycles can be parked inside the enclosure. Wir sind sehr international und haben gerne Leute um uns herum. Einfach ansprechen. Gerne geben wir auch Tipps und helfen gerne. We are very international and love to have a chat and are happy to give support wherever wished or needed. Wir leben nicht weit von Nürnberg und sind mit S-Bahn oder Auto gut an die Stadt angebunden. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in Schwaig vorhanden. Letzterer besser mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer die Natur liebt ist hier auch richtig - wir leben praktisch drin. Joggen/Spazieren/Radfahren möglich im Wald oder am Fluss gleich um die Ecke. We live close to Nuremberg. Easy to catch a train or taking the car. We have restaurants and a supermarket in Schwaig . The latter better to be reached by car. Who likes nature is also right. Jogging/walking/cycling possible in the forest or along the river just around the corner. Die A3 und A9 Autobahn sind nah. Die S-Bahn ist gut in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und braucht 12 min ins Zentrum von Nürnberg. Die MESSE ist gut zu erreichen (ca. 40 Minuten öffentlich, um die 20 min mit dem Auto). The highway (A3 and A9) is close and Nürnberg Center is only about 12 min away using the train. The train station is around 10 minutes walk away from the premises. The FAIR (Messe) can be reached fast by car/taxi (around 20 min) or by public transport using S-Bahn/under ground (around 40 min). We live close to a railway where the S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes during the week and every 40 minutes on sundays and bank holidays between roughly 5.30 and midnight.
