The master bedroom has access to the bathroom through a walk through closet and has access to living room/kitchen through the wrap around porch as well. A new third bedroom/shower/toilet has been added accessed from outside or master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, new refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and 2 ovens. There is a smaller vacation rental next door and 2 tenants nearby on the property. Parts of the lanai are shared such as the entrance and parking area.
