Each has very cozy real bed & spacious bathroom, modern Kitchen equipment & Dining set for four, sofa, coffee table, a desk, a flat screen TV & a wardrobe. Good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), & big groups. Self service studio apt located within the UNESCO’s world heritage protected Plitvice Lakes National Park. Surrounding is perfect for rural escape, walk in the national park- beautiful lakes, caves & waterfalls, hiking, horse riding, kayaking, and cycling through the countryside, presenting several possibilities to enjoy great views & nature at its best! Price excludes City tax of 2EUR/pers/night payable cash on arrival. Guests have access to entire apartment, garden & parking space. Temperature: Because of the high altitude and location at the edge of the forest, temperature remains relatively low in the summer. We have air ventilators (instead of air-conditioners) which is more appropriate allowing you to enjoy the natural clean mountain air. We do not live on the property, but are available on phone/online 24/7. During the holidays season, we may receive our guests personally. At other times our friendly neighbors are happy to do so. Handed over of keys is at the property. Plitvice Lakes National Park is an UNESCO protected world heritage. Property is surrounded by Pine wood forest with mountain view, & rural/ country side setting. Occasional sighting of Bears & Deers.
