Molek Pine 3 Condominium with Japanese Onsen!

My place is a luxury, fully equipped condominium apartment with amazing condominium facilities (including a Japanese onsen) and 24 hour security. The apartment is situated in Taman Molek, which has loads of amazing restaurants and local coffee shops. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the Johor Bahru town centre. Singapore city, Johor Bahru airport and other points of interest are all close by, and can be reached within 20-30 minutes by car. The apartment has two rooms - one room with a king sized bed, and one room with two large single beds. The living room also has a sofa bed that can accommodate another two people. The apartment is spacious at 2200 sq ft. The condominium facilities are superb. There is a good sized Japanese Onsen, fully equipped air-conditioned gym, a roof top barbecue garden, as well as tennis, basketball and badminton courts. There is an underground carpark. There is 24 hour security in the condominium. You will have your privacy during your stay. However, I will be more than happy to help make your stay enjoyable and memorable. I can show you places of interest, as well as make recommendations for my favourite eateries and restaurants in the area. Taman Molek is one of most peaceful and beautiful suburbs in Johor Bahru. Rest assured that the area is extremely safe and crime free. There are many nice Japanese and international restaurants and cafes in the area. And of course, there are numerous Malaysian style coffee shops serving delicious local food at very affordable prices! Cabs are easily available. I do have a vehicle and would be happy to assist with transport if required.
