Charming Clifton Cottage, in St Ishmaels

From the moment you arrive in the village of St Ishamel's you'll feel at home and the trials and tribulations of daily life will seem a world away. You won't be disappointed when you enter cosy Clifton Cottage, with its bright and airy lounge and dining room area. The lounge has two comfy sofas and a foot stool to help you relax. There is an HD television with Soundbar, Freesat receiver and DVD player for your entertainment. For online entertainment there is WiFi provided by super-fast fibre broadband. The adjacent dining area has a full-size dining table with fire place and wood burning stove. This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing evening playing cards, or board games next to a warming fire. The cottage also benefits from central heating for comfort in Winter months. Leaving the dining area you enter a fully equipped kitchen that is suitable for preparation of hearty breakfasts and all of your cooking needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience. Downstairs is completed by a bathroom with shower and separate cloak room. Upstairs you will find two very comfortable bedrooms , one equipped with a double bed and the other with twin beds (the twin bedroom can be set up as a super king bed upon request). The beds were selected with comfort in mind to allow a good night’s sleep and there is ample storage space for clothes in both rooms. The jewel in the crown of the property is a surprisingly large flat and enclosed child/dog friendly garden which can be accessed via the house or a side gate. the garden is equipped with a patio table and chairs plus charcoal barbecue grill. It is the perfect setting to wile away those long summer days and evenings, perhaps indulging in Al fresco dining with a glass of your favourite tipple. To the front of the cottage you will find a small courtyard and on road parking for two vehicles immediately outside the front gate. The cottage is a 15 minute walk through the village to the Pembrokeshire coastal path. You can explore the coastal path towards either Milford Haven or Dale and make use of the Puffin bus service to return to St Ishmael’s. If you'd prefer not to cook the there is a cafe at St Ishamel's garden centre that serves breakfasts, snacks and lunches. Other pubs and cafes can be found in the nearby villages of Dale, Marloes, Little Haven & Broad Haven. There are three local beaches accessible from the coastal path at Lindsway Bay, Monk Haven and Sandy Haven. Other beaches can be found at Marloes Sands, Little Haven and Broad Haven. Dale is a popular water sports centre where equipment can be hired. Clifton Cottage is the perfect place for a get away from it all holiday at any time of the year, allowing you to explore this very special corner of West Wales. Whether you wish to use it to relax or as a base for walking, visiting the many magnificent beaches, castles and other attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer you certainly won't be disappointed.
