Double bedroom light airy and spacious .Double wardrobe and set of drawers so ample storage .Towels provided. Shared bathroom facilities with shower and bath . Tea /coffee making facilities are in the room . Ideally located for anyone wishing to explore the beautiful Peak District .There is a regular and reasonably priced bus service out to the Peak .If driving one can be out there within 10 minutes Also my home is near the very popular Ecclesall Rd where you will find an excellent choice of restaurants,bars ,pubs and upmarket shops within walking distance .The Greystones pub is a 5 minute walk where the Backroom ,a music venue has an interesting and varied programme of live gigs most evenings including pop ,rock ,folk and open mic nights .Despite being near this busy area the house is on a very quiet road . I usually am here to meet and greet you and show you your room and provide you with a door key ..However on occasions when I won’t be able to greet you there is a security key box with a code for you to access the door key .You will have use of the large double front (Website hidden by Airbnb) shared bathroom is next to it with toilet ,bath and shower. I will provide towels and clean bedding . Tea and coffee making facilities are in your room . I can offer information on the local and surrounding areas ,places of interest and directions . A quiet respectable safe neighbourhood with no anti social behaviour . Near Ecclesall Rd Near Peak District. Good and reliable public transport . Excellent parks nearby and beautiful woodland walks within walking distance . Good local public transport. Parking is easily available on the road . A quite neighbourhood . A semi detached house with young family next door so it would be desirable if noise was kept to a minimum after 10 pm . Please remove shoes when going upstairs .
