The place is a combined 8 bedroom house, with 4 bedrooms in each unit that are adjacent. The 2 units shares a huge screened lanai in the back where you can enjoy sipping coffee while watching the monkeys safely. The houses are nestled in the lush forest of Subic Bay inside a gated community with security 24/7. You can enjoy dinner inside the airconditioned area of the house or al fresco at the screened lanai. The huge lanai is big enough for teambuilding, prenup shoots and intimate weddings. The houses are perfect for big groups who would like to enjoy get togethers like reunions and the likes. It can comfortably sleep 16 persons. Additional persons after 16 is at PHP500/head which includes a floor matress. It shares a kitchen and a huge screened lanai at the back. The whole area can be enjoyed exclusively by the guests. You may also enjoy hanging out in the front lawn area. The houses are conveniently situated in front of a convenience store for last minute needs or you may head down to the duty free shops to do some grocery shopping. The beaches are also 10-15 minutes away. With the house situated near the forest, bugs and insects are easy to attract, so please do not leave food around and do not feed the monkeys in the area. 4 bedrooms have Aircons and the other 4 rooms are fan rooms. Both houses have air-conditioned living rooms to hangout comfortably in. Massage chairs and Massage beds are free to use for guests. Our boats and Jetskis are occupying our carparks. You are welcome to take a picture beside them but climbing on top of them are prohibited and may cause damage or harm to the person and the trailers. The entire place is accessible but locked doors should remain locked. Thank you. Guests may check themselves in through a key lockbox. Guest may contact me if a need arises and our maintenance staff can come by to check. 10-15 mins away from Harbor Point Ayala Mall, Grocery Stores and there's a coffee shop 2kms away in Binictican area. Pool, basketball court and clubhouse is right across the property but currently closed due to IATF guidelines. A convenience store is right across the house for immediate needs. Taxis are easy to get through a quick phone call.
