Comfortable room in a eclectic family home

Showground station is 2 minute drive. 40 mins to CBD. 5 minute drive to Castle Towers centre, supermarkets and eateries. Walking distance to Hillsong Church. Private lounge with Netflix. I welcome singles, couples, business travellers and well behaved dogs. If second bedroom is required it will be charged at $45 for one person or $90 for two people. Dogs will be charged at $20 each per night. I have a mini dachshund who loves all dogs and people (see photo) You have your own bathroom and private lounge with tv and Netflix Pool. Balinese pagoda with three daybeds. I work from home so am around. Happy to drop you to bus stop and train station if needed Beautiful bush walk less than three minutes walk away Bus at end of road to Castle Towers or direct into Sydney CBD in 40 minutes. Newly opened train station takes you direct to City in 40 minutes. Also Chatswood or Macquarie in 15 minutes We have two rooms available. One king bed and one queen bed. I only rent to one party at a time. If two rooms are required a charge of $45 will be made for one person or $90 for two
