Brooklands Road Guest suite

Our modern, self-contained downstairs section is available for you when you visit beautiful New Plymouth. It will provide all you need for a short getaway. We live near a shopping centre and of course the stunning Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands where all the International and local Shows are held - these are both within walking distance from our place. We welcome all guests from all walks of life to come and see our lovely city and all that it can offer you - Mountain, sea and surf! Guests have the entire downstairs section to themselves. Owners live upstairs with an internal staircase that joins the two floors. There are two rooms with a joining bathroom and a large living areas with a kitchenette for cooking. Guests have access to entire bottom section of our home. We live in a suburb that is close to the city. It takes 20 minutes to walk into town. There is a bus-stop directly outside the house. A supermarket is within walking distance. The local Pukekura Park and Bowl of Brooklands is within walking distance. We are close to the main route that would take you out to Mount Taranaki and down to the coast. The bus-stop is across the road in front of the house. There is a black lockbox outside the entrance with the key. A code will be sent prior to arrival. Visitors can safely park their car in the street in front of the house. Breakfast in the form of cereals is available with a liter of milk provided as well. Tea and coffee, oil and basic spices for cooking are free to be used.
